How hard is it to eat a balanced diet? 🀷 Here's a very fast mill-of-the-day meal. Nothing fancy, nothing to make you go out of your way, but everything you might need from a quick lunch.πŸ› You have proteins from the chicken fillet, fats from the feta cheese, carbs from the bread and the junky, sugary part is the tomato chutney/sauce. πŸ—πŸ₯πŸŒΆοΈπŸ§€ As you see the predominant part are the proteins. Yes, bread is okay but compare the weight - it is almost twice lighter than the fillet.
