Hello, everybody. I’m Martin, in my early 30’s, born and living in Bulgaria. I will share a little bit about me and my sports background with you. I’ve been active all my life, I have practiced a few sports at a professional level. Besides that, I have been doing whole body workouts since I was 13 years of age. I have several years of practice in the gym, as well, but I quickly recognized that this type of activity was not developing the type of muscle fiber and body structure I was looking for.
After many years of practice and intense workouts I became aware that I am lacking some good foundations in nutrition and physiology. This is why I decided to pursue my passion and enrich my knowledge and enroll in several courses from prestigious universities from around the world. I am very grateful for the knowledge I gained in the fields of nutrition, sports anatomy, sports physiology, and sports psychology.
I will show you how to make transitions in your body compositions as shown below. Extreme lean compositions as on the right are not advisable, but I am just showing you how far you can go with a good plan.
Before – Left:
- training for more than 1.5-2 hours a day
- running marathon distances in cross-country terrain
- working out for better part of the day
- enormous meals
- sugar-free food only!
- no chocolate (of course)
- being bloated all the time
- depleted energy every day
After – Right:
- training daily for 15-20 minutes
- various activities and sports, but keeping it easy.
- regulated, balanced nutrition
- small portions
- rich social life
- sweets and chocolate 🙂
